I don’t know, it just felt kind of off. The quality wasn’t what I expected, and it didn’t really seem genuine to me.

In my experience, trying to get an update from Vapefans was really frustrating. I emailed them about my order and waited days, but I never got anything that actually helped. Maybe others have had better luck, but to me it felt like once they had my money, customer service just wasn’t interested. All I wanted was a simple update...

My order did arrive eventually, so I can’t say it was a total disaster. But it took longer than I expected, and I was starting to wonder if I should’ve bought it somewhere else. The tracking worked fine, which helped a bit, but overall the delivery was just okay and left me with a little buyer’s remorse.

I was trying to place an order on my phone when I was already short on time, and of course that’s when the website decided to be a pain. Pages were loading slowly, and the filters kept showing me things I wasn’t even looking for, so I ended up wasting way more time than I expected.

The order did go through eventually, but checkout felt awkward and not very smooth. After I paid, I didn’t really get clear updates either, which was frustrating because the timing was already inconvenient. It wasn’t a total disaster, but it should’ve been a lot easier.

I felt like I paid too much for this. I found the same vape cheaper somewhere else afterward, which was frustrating. It kind of gives off the vibe that the company is more focused on making as much money as possible than giving customers a fair deal. Not really worth it for me.
